Ok, so I meant to do one of these each day to get the points for the challenge, but I'm slipping and not just in blogging. Ugh. I know this will only count as one, but important to answer the questions anyway.
3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
-- Apparently, I'm not. I'm doing nothing. It's an unfortunate reoccurring problem
4) How are you doing day by day?
-- Oooh, ouch, another reminder - nothing.
5) What can you improve upon?
---Doing something would be an improvement. Ok, so I did do something. I went to two different Targets to try to purchase the Sparkpeople Total Body Sculpt, but they didn't have it. I ended up ordering it online. So this is something, but I haven't done any other programs to get back into strength training.
6) Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it!
---I need some motivation. I don't think I can get this from others. I just need to do it and I don't. At least I'm thinking of doing something... Still, seems like a lot of nothing right now.
