Blog Challenge Questions 3-6

Ok, so I meant to do one of these each day to get the points for the challenge, but I'm slipping and not just in blogging. Ugh. I know this will only count as one, but important to answer the questions anyway.

3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
-- Apparently, I'm not. I'm doing nothing. It's an unfortunate reoccurring problem
4) How are you doing day by day?
-- Oooh, ouch, another reminder - nothing.

5) What can you improve upon?
---Doing something would be an improvement. Ok, so I did do something. I went to two different Targets to try to purchase the Sparkpeople Total Body Sculpt, but they didn't have it. I ended up ordering it online. So this is something, but I haven't done any other programs to get back into strength training.

6) Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it!
---I need some motivation. I don't think I can get this from others. I just need to do it and I don't. At least I'm thinking of doing something... Still, seems like a lot of nothing right now.

    Just start with one small step and then move forward. Choose one thing to do that is healthy tomorrow - exercise, drink water, veggies just start small and it will add up. You can do this! emoticon

    I agree with BigPawsup and try changing something in your environment as an experiment to see if it helps you become more motivated.

    Visual goals like pounds to and pounds off jars to see your loss. A money jar that everyday you exercise and stay within calorie intake you put a little in the jar as a sayings towards a big reward in the end. Whatever you can afford, nickel, dime, quarters or dollars, choose one and watch the money grow! I have a blog that shows mine.
