I missed blogginf yesterday, so I will respond to 2 challenge questions today.
What can you improve upon? Concerning my walking/exercising...
I can improve upon my consistency. It gets rough as the week goes on. Not to make excuses, but working two jobs makes things more challenging. I often think that I should take care of my exercise in the morning and have even attempted to set my alarm 45 minutes earlier. I AM SO NOT A MORNING PERSON!! I end up hitting snooze for 45 minutes.
I need to find a time that works for exercising whether I am working both jobs or not!! Morning could work. I could also utlize my emplyers gym that is right next door to my office, even if it is 15 minutes 2x each day. Perhaps I can try the treadmill today at lunch (I could get 2 miles in ... hmmm)!!
Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it!
It always helps to receive motivation!! It is why I log into SP each day!!
