Good morning!! day 10 was another awesome day. I accomplised my goal and only drank water and green tea. Today I had to open at work so I cant work out until i get home. I think im gonn leave work early so i can run. I have been itching to run all morning, my knee is shaking and that is all i can think about!! Im so running a 5 miler and that would put me at 20 miles for the week all ready. Im going to run tomorrow and saturday as well. Sunday Im going to make my self take a rest day from running and im going to do my kickboxing dvd when i get home from work. This way i will give my legs a break but I will still get a workout in. Saturday will be my 13 day in a row of running and i think my legs deserve a break, lol. Any who im still right on track and feeling great!! I have decided to make my treat night on Saturday night again and again my limit is 4 drinks. Well there is my plan and im sticking to it!! Have a rocking day every one happy sparkings!!
