245 in 5

Thursday, logging in and blogging 3 days in a row. A record for me recently. I logged in, exercised and recorded what I plan to eat today AND I am drinking my water.
I got a fairly decent night's sleep last night, except for a couple bathroom drips (LOL! I mean TRIPS) from all the water I am drinking!
I have a really painful foot this morning, I assume from pushing myself on my exercise bike yesterday and then being on my feet too at work. I did not want to get on the bike today but I did. We shall see if that was a mistake or not. I did 46 minutes and I will work from 2-9 tonight, all of it on my feet.
I have a goal in mind. When I have been hungry the last couple of days I chant it in my head. 245 in 5! Just 245 in 5! Although my ultimate goal is 199 (which seems SO far away always, since I began at about 415)...my mini (lol) goal is 245 in 5 months.
The county fair is in a little over 5 months. That's big around here. That's when my husband and I take pretty much the whole week off and we are with family and friends.
Even though I have lost and kept off about 85 pounds, you cant really SEE a big difference, at least I have not had many people comment on my loss. I want people to notice, I want to be proud, I want to FEEL proud.
So according to spark people 245 in 5 IS attainable because it allowed me to set that as a goal.
I feel motivated today still, that's exciting!
