Do I need motivation? YES! It's a rare day that I don't. I miss the fleeting days where I'm on fire and everything is clicking and I feel invincible. I didn't feel like that this week. I hmm'd and hawed each time I contemplated a workout to the point of not working out. Doh!

I also think I was over on my calories most days. I'm not really sure since I didn't track. Oh dear, what a whiner, huh? Nah, those are the facts. The week's not over yet!

Where will I get the motivation I need? Ultimately, it will come from within. The support you provide definitely gives me the extra nudge though.

    I hear ya. I can go days full of fire and then BAM! It all slows down and then stops. But, like you said, the motivation has to come from within. I have to be the one to change, I have to want it bad enough to want to change. And most days I want it bad enough. I attribute my body being tired and needing rest on the days I don't work out.

    It sounds like we are having the same kind of week. I have been lacking motivation all week and not really done any exercise at all. Good luck getting back on track.

    So true, ultimately all the motivation in the world from others and encouragement will not work, unless you are motivated from within. Shoot, that should be a quote!!!

    Try doing something a little different. Like, exercising in the early morning if you exercise in the evenings. Also, try a bright light to copy the sun like bringing the sun into your house.

    Baby steps could help get you back on track...set small goals, so you can have a sense of accomplishment and get your momentum back.
