I've had the same problem in the past. I'd get to 180 and then shoot back up again. I finally shot WAY above 180 and have been working my way down with the help of Spark. With Spark, I got down to just under 180 and then sabotaged myself again. I'm up to 186, but determined to get back below 180 and then downward from there. What is it about that 180 pound mark?

Good luck on your journey and keep drinking that water!

You are doing great!!! I would like to drink the water you said that you do. Wow! I know it is important, but can't seem to get plain water down. I do drink flavored sugar free waters and a lot, lot of Green Tea. I can that I do not drink ANY calories, that I know of. You have a wonderful Friday.

Hello! Thank you for the video!

I once saw a Mason Jar with the regular Mason Jar lid but the difference was that someone had put a hole into the center of the lid with trim around the hole (maybe a rubber gasket sort of thing) so a straw could be used. Ingenious! Now I wish I had one.

Lately, I have been using a LARGE Tervis Tumbler since I can drink more water if I use a straw.
After I use it for a couple days, I get hung up over the fact that Tervis is made of plastic, so I switch over to a glass bottle from "Life Factory" and use a Tervis straw. This bottle holds over 20 ounces of water but what is nice about it is that it's coated with a removable textured rubber/plastic to keep the glass from chipping. I prefer this one since it only exposes my water to glass rather than a plastic. Now, if only I could find an extra long glass straw! :-)

I like the ideas for drinking from glass! Thanks for your idea and motivation!

I love the word guzzle. Reminds me of my mom. Rock on, K!
