No pictures for this one LOL I've been seeing many articles on SparkPeople tying our physical lives into our Spark journey. I have been working on purging the house and lately recycled 4 huge bags of paper- mostly magazines. This is a huge victory for me, WOOT!
I came home from the gym last night and ate some hummus. I soon felt just aweful. During the night, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom and did not sleep much. The results of this purge did not make me very happy. I actually discovered a very quick way to loose weight, 2 1/2 pounds ... but I can't recommend it.
This morning, I am trying to regroup and come to terms with being ill. I'm actually thinking that it might have been food poisoning due to the dramatic results of my meal. So far, so good, just very slow. On the bright side, it's very easy to track my food today, I've eaten a carrot and drank a cup of tea. I have thought about the BRAT diet, but I am not ready yet.
All my outside work is done now, I think the next thing on my to do list is going to be a nap.

    Sorry to hear you were so sick. Food poisoning makes you feel like you've been hit by a truck so you definitely have my sympathy! Had to laugh at your comment about tracking being easy when you have a digestive illness. Way to go keeping your sense of humor and looking at the bright side! Hope you are feeling better. emoticon

    Oh I hate it when I eat something that makes me ill. Its dangerous too. I hope you are feeling much better soon!!
