My Answer to today's Question:
6) Do I need some MOTIVATION or Advice?
One of the many things I have found on Sparkpeople is MOTIVATION and
Advice - be it "solicited" or "unsolicited" advice.
I recognize that being part of a "Challenge" makes a WORLD of difference in my life!
I'm not a "Lone Ranger" or someone who will always do the right thing, no matter what....
This week part of the 5% "Challenge" we were asked to read other team members' blogs and comment. I have not only earned points for the Firecracker Team in doing so, but have been MOTIVATED by all the wonderful answers my team mates gave for their answers to the above questions about developing healthy habits and staying on track.
So, to answer the question: YES! I need motivation and advice
