Well the sun has gone at least for today and probably alos for the weekend but we still went for our rather damp walk this morning. I think I used as many calories trying to dry the dog when we got home as I did walking. We are into the 2nd week of our walking (Just over 3 miles around the Glof course twice a day) and both my husband and I commented last night that it was getting easier. Now we are going to try to speed it up and then we will try some intervals of running with the walking.
It's great to have my husbands support with this as he really does not need to lose weight. Still getting fitter is good for all of us isn't it?
