"Wave a big HOWDY to each other today at 10:00am CST"

Let's do it and see how many people we can get. I just thought of this......

For all those of us who can, let's step out on our front porch or stay indoors if you need too is okay, and let's wave a big "HOWDY" in the air to all of us. Wherever you are, at work or at play, let's just see how many can wave. I feel as though I can almost see ya' right now.

    emoticon emoticon saw this to late to join in on the 7th bur don't want to be left out of the game so did it twice today . emoticon me and the scales had a disagreement this week but had a chat with my self and not going to do the eight thing this week and see what happens. i know i can now wear size 16 petite slacks comfortably i can walk 6 blocks and not get short of breath all good signs to me. thanks for reminding us we are more than a number on the scales. enjoy your week end
