That killer workout!

I was inspired by one of my exercise buddies from aerobics class to try a step class. I'd been to it before, but not in quite a while, and when I heard that she was going, I decided to try it again myself.
WOW! I thought I was in pretty good shape, but the class last night nearly wiped me out! A good lesson in the importance of continuing to "mix it up." I want to try it again next week to see if it is slightly less brutal.
In the meantime, I'm going to Pilates tonight. I really want to make progress on that as I'm finally starting to see the results.
Gotta keep going to capitalize on my success!
