Old Habits are Hard to Give Up

For the last two nights, I have returned to old habits and binged. Last night I ate half of a pepperoni pizza with half of a cheesy bread appetizer. Tonight I ate a salad, beans, some fettuchini alfredo and potato chips. Blah! My feet are already swollen!
I didn't use to binge. I started bingeing when I started WW two years ago. I used to say, "Tonight I'll eat whatever I want and go on my diet tomorrow." Unfortunatly, I have not broken that mind set. I have been on ETL for two months now and I guess I have not broken all of my old habits.
What I feel now is guilt and gross. What I wake up, I will feel better and start my day with some fruit and end healthy. I am also re-reading ETL which helps me when I'm struggeling.
