Okay. So it's looking like I'm not going to be able and sit down and catch up on sparking and blogs and such until Friday at the earliest. Sorry! :(
I'm pooped! Today was my first shift at my morning part-time job. It was better than I expected. I ended up remembering pretty much everything from working for that company in the past, and the morning was blessedly slow and free of terrible customers. I did end up getting off thirty minutes late though. I'm glad I lied about my "what's the latest you can work time" so I had enough buffer to rush into work for my regular job.
Around the start of my evening shift I really hit the wall. I was achy and stiff and oh-so-tired with a massive headache. I blame it on my overcompensation of caffeine in the morning and my lack of drinking water before 3 pm. :X I'm definitely not going to make that same mistake tomorrow! Once I got a good liter in me, I was good to go. I'll just have to see how tomorrow works out, because I'm doing the whole thing over again. Geez.
I did well on food simply because I didn't have time to think about overeating or eating unhealthy, and I expect tomorrow will be the same way. Technically I weighed in at 1308 calories, but I say technically because I'm disturbed by my whole McDonald's latte thing. I distinctly remember starting to drink them because a large nonfat sugar-free latte was only 110 calories according to the website and many nutrition entries on spark people. I went back there tonight and now it's saying 220 calories. What the heck? Am I missing something or doing something wrong or looking at the menu wrong? I was already suspicious that whenever I ordered one the employees were just using whole milk and sugar syrup (because I don't expect them to care really). So now I'm disconcerted. I will have to stay away for the time being. That milk probably wasn't organic, anyway.
Well I don't have much time to write about anything else. If I don't get in bed now I'll get less than six hours sleep. Here's hoping I survive through tomorrow and make it to the weekend.
