YAY! Down -15.8 lbs in 7 weeks! (GREAT for this 'ol' gal!)

I lost another 1.6 lbs this week... for a total of 15.8 so far since January 16!!!
THIS WEEK I passed my BLC21 (-15 lbs) goal by .8 lbs!!!
I had hoped for another -2lb loss again this week... but I had to leave the house early to deliver a painting and didn't have a full 'bathroom' moment, if you know what I mean. I plan to remain disciplined this week and I can only hope my body will reward me the loss of a few extra ounces on the scale next week!
I recently discovered that my Body Fit Media Armband syncs with my SparkPeople Nutrition tracker - How great is that!?!
Sp, when I synced my Body Fit Media Armband and typed in my weight on their website, it gave me a little 'congratulatory notification' telling me that I've lost an average of 2.46 lbs each week since January 16... at this rate, I will reach my goal by December 13, 2013!!!
I was so excited to read this! I have so much weight to lose, it seems near impossible to reach, and I've failed so many times before, keep picking my big butt back off the ground, dusting it off to try-try-try again. Believe it or not, hearing this actual 'goal' date was encouraging (the date is still in this same year!)... and hearing it makes me want to remain DETERMINED and FOCUSED to reach my weight-loss goal!!!
