Well, Week 3 was rough, no huge binges or anything but, I ate out, had sushi, and just general did not do great. So, I am back up to:
But, that's why I am here, to pick myself up, dust myself off and re-focus on the task at hand. Part of my problem is that I don't do as well when my fridge is not stocked with all the wonderful healthy food I love. When I dwindle down to the last of my provisions and don't have time to replenish them, because of work or, in this case SNOW, I loose my way. So, the weather is better, time to get out and get all of those lovely fresh things I love to eat. The key is definitely to stay excited about food, just the RIGHT food.
