    Congradulations on the 2 lb loss. But I think eating a few carrot or celery sticks might help a little. I dont think shakes can really ful fill the cravings for long. But thats listening to me, who is a grazer. And a slow weightloss. Plus I just dont get my body moving around much like I should. Good luck with it.

    Congrats on the 2.6 lb weight loss!

    I haven't tried the Brazilian Butt Lift. In my library I have "Buns Of Steel" with Tamilee - she's awesome!

    Can you bring a salad at the food thing? (protocol safe - Spinach & strawberry or celery & apple salad)
