So still in keeping with the water and exercise habits...
I have a sticky on my computer desktop that lists all the days that I have exercised and drank my water. It is my listing of my streaks. That way, I can see that I need to do it! (Believe it or not, a whole day can go by and I FORGET to drink water or exercise!)
I have my water bottle next to my coffee cup in the morning, and I fill them both. I drink my water first, and then refill. It goes everywhere with me. It helps me to remember to drink up!
I also do whatever I can to squeeze in workouts. If I'm waiting somewhere and I can walk, I will. Anytime I have to squeeze in a little exercise is GREAT!
Plugging away, a little at a day....and even if I backslide, NOT giving up!!! :-)
