The next couple of questions for this week in the 5% challenge:
4) How are you doing day by day?
I'm doing well on not snacking at night because I'm paying attention to the habit. I've done a different activity every night, so a change from just crashing in front of the TV helps as well.
5) What can you improve upon?
Taking the time to eat during the workday.
