I have been consistent all week in logging my foods but gave up on the Spark Menu Plan as most of the foods I didn't have in the house or didn't like. I have been logging in what I eat and have been within my calorie range, but have noticed a shortage of protein, calcium and other nutrients as I'm not getting the veggies and fruit requirements. The exercise routine needs to be improved also. Today was a gym day...didn't make it as I let another appointment take over the scheduled gym time. Know what I need to do...just need to act on it!
