Day Three
Did I stick to proper portions? Yes! I went a little over my carbs for the day but I stuck within my calorie range and stuck to single portions, waiting before getting seconds and everything. [And I was below my fat and protein ranges, shhh]

Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? No, I did not. I had every intention of doing yoga this morning but when I woke up, my legs were still *super* sore from my kettlebell workout Monday night. Like, could barely walk they were so sore. It eventually eased up throughout the day, so I did a 50 minute treadclimber workout this evening, but it did not make up for the lack of yoga in the morning.

Not sure about tomorrow's run... it's supposed to be very windy [already is] and snowing about 5 inches by the time I wake up. The cemetery where I run is really good about clearing their paths from snow but I don't think even they will be clear at 9am. So we'll see if the snow passes us by or not. If it does snow a lot, I'll do something else in the morning [treadclimber, probably, again] and just see it as an opportunity to rest my [still somewhat sore] legs before this weekend's two 5Ks.
