Well.... today I had a little bit of a slip. I had a good breakfast and lunch. My snacks were nutritious and low calorie. And then... I wound up doing extra supervision after school and I got hungry. So today I had some not so good snacks before dinner. I've had a good healthy dinner at my daughter's every day this week. (She's alone with baby while her hubs is working out of town for 2 weeks)Today we ordered sushi. Not too bad but it doesn't line up with the huge amounts of vegetables and fruits I'm supposed to be eating. Tomorrow is another day and I'd better be ready with more appropriate snacks if I want to be a Last Star Standing. It would really be a bummer if I got knocked out after the first weigh in!

    If it makes U feel better, here is another teammate that had a slip up last nite. I will be doing extra exercise, drinking lots of water, and trying to cut back on a few calories. i don't want to fall off that Last Star Shining List either.

    I like your outlook. I've seen a few posts and blogs about keeping emergency snacks. I'm thinking about doing that myself. I can staash a ziplock bag of almonds (for example) and not worry too much about forgetting them. Carrying an appple around might be an issue. ;) I'm also thinking about keeping a can of low sodium V8 juice.

    I'm keeping some calories just in case something shows up , well if it's a 300-400 calories something. I do some extra exercise the next days and cut the calories a little the next days if something like that happens.

    Just take it one choice at a time and always be prepared. I sometimes don't eat my apple until after I get off work just in case something comes up and I don't go straight home or start dinner later in the evening than usual.
