5) What can you improve upon?
At this point? EVERYTHING!!!!
Ugh this week is so not shaping up as I had hoped it would. The only thing I have done to try and meet my daily ranges is buy some yogurt, string cheese, and refill my fruit dish. I have not been eating well but not really out of not wanting to, I have been having problems with my stomach. During the week I have oatmeal every morning for breakfast with some raisins to add fruit and flavor to it, but the 2 days I have only been able to eat half of it before I end up feeling like I won't be able to keep it down.
All I ate today was half my breakfast, a banana, a chobani yogurt, a few bites of an apple and a burger from Carl's Jr. I don't think I will even be close to hitting my ranges today but I ate when and what I could so I did the best I could.
I have not exercised today at all other than my normal trips up and down the stairs at work and around the office. I don't know where my steam went but I wish I was doing as good as I did last week, I feel like I am letting the team down.
