Goal #1: Attitude Reboot In Progress!
Logged on to Spark today and hung out on the message boards and read blogs Also downloaded a bunch of Zig Ziglar podcasts and listened to them. He is kind of corny but I really enjoy his funny style. Plus, they were free. So I think I am making good progress on that goal and will continue to work on that this week.

Goal #2, done!

Goal #3, will call the personal trainer tomorrow, promise! Friday is my deadline! :)

Bonus activity, went to Yoga today, yay!

I've been thinking about next week's goals. I think one day of yoga and one day of strength training will be good goals and they will be good complements to the rowing I am doing. Then after that I can start to work on the diet more. I really want to lose a little more body fat. I am a little frustrated because I cut out alcohol for Lent. Last year I lost five pounds really easily by doing that. This year, I haven't seen any difference. And I feel like my diet is not THAT bad. I suppose that's why I'm not losing, though, it's not that bad, but it's not great either. Oh well... off to reward myself with a nice hot bath, have a lovely evening Sparkers!

I love the way yoga has improved my cardio workouts. I hope that you see / feel similar results!
