What can I improve upon today?
I overate today. I also got outside late so I haven't exercised.
Last night was awful, sleep interruptions, then plans for today that included helping a friend, and getting overexcited (and worried) about the storm on the east coast. My son is flying in Friday night. We haven't seen each other in almost 2 years. He's visiting for spring break. I've had a day where I've wanted to smoke and for this, the best thing is that my husband has changed his brand of cigarettes. I could have exercised today. I could have not eaten as poorly as I did. And yet I did so the best thing about today is that I've gotten through it knowing I still love myself. I love myself and staying smoke free shows this. So,
