Everytime I go to the gym I am going to:
a) Do 10 knee push-ups, with a goal of 10 REAL pushups (lol)
b) Do 10 assisted pull-ups and 10 assisted dips on the machine, with a goal of 10 each unassisted
c) Do a plank with the goal of a 2-minute plank
d) Do 10 lying side leg raises to strengthen my hip flexors to make me run better.
There! I wrote down my routine so hopefully I will remember it next time!!!
