4 New Healthy Habit:Easy Ways to Eat 5 Fruits & Veggies Each Day

This was my goal for today
Frozen fruit and veggies I picked up blueberries washed them and stored them in a zip lock bag in the freezer. This was a great snack.
I shopped for veggies. I bought spinach, mix veggies,kale I will use these for staples if I do not have fresh.
I know habits take a while to kick in. I am looking forward for this way of eating to become a lifestyle.
