What can you improve on?

Hum?.....everything! lol!

I know that's too broad. There are some smaller things that I've kind of been slacking on that I could work harder on.

~Drink more water (no more cherry coke zero). I've only been drinking one a day but why did I pick this up again? And it's addictive because when I hear another coworker crack open a can, I want one too.

~Be more active (in every sense of the word). I've feel like I've been slacking and I need to work harder on this.

~Get more sleep (I was doing great with a "bedtime" but then I stopped that). 10pm is too late for me so I need to go back to 9:30pm

    Nothing is as compelling as the sound of a soda can being popped open. I don't drink sodas anymore, but reading your statement of hearing your coworker open a can makes me crave a Coke like nobody's business. I think I'm thirsty. I'll probably go get a bottle of water instead!

I agree about sleep. It's so easy to fall back into the habit of staying up later and later. There are only so many minutes in a day. It takes discipline.

    It's hard picking up new habits and trying to get rid of those old "comfortable" ones. I used to have the same trouble with you and hearing the soda can crack open. And bedtime is always hard for me too. I try to go to bed at 10 and it somehow always becomes 11:30.

    Drinking more water here..staying consistent with 1500-1700 calories
