What can you improve on?
I know that's too broad. There are some smaller things that I've kind of been slacking on that I could work harder on.
~Drink more water (no more cherry coke zero). I've only been drinking one a day but why did I pick this up again? And it's addictive because when I hear another coworker crack open a can, I want one too.
~Be more active (in every sense of the word). I've feel like I've been slacking and I need to work harder on this.
~Get more sleep (I was doing great with a "bedtime" but then I stopped that). 10pm is too late for me so I need to go back to 9:30pm
