Surprisingly a few days laps again. My excuse is that my knee put me out of commission for the past few days. I went to my message therapist and the work she did activated the knee even more for a few days. I knew as she worked down my leg that it was creating a stir in the knee as part of the detoxing. I understand very well how this works, because in my EFT/Tapping it is similar. Things "appear" to get worse, when they really aren't, it is just the reorganizing before things settle down. Anyway, I felt that I needed to lay off working out till it was better. It is much much better and today I enjoyed my 15 incredible T-Tapp workout followed by a 2 mile power walk with weights.
I love how the T-Tpp exercises are actually changing my posture when I walk and really do anything. Last weekend was my Ballroom Dance Showcase where I danced 11 freestyles with my teacher. It was blast and I noticed that I carried myself way more powerfully. The T-Tapp way of living means you are always using the core and increasing strength in what ever you do. I stayed on track with my food and ate consciously today. I wore my tracker, too. I love seeing how many steps, stairs and miles I do a day.
