Today is Wednesday, day five of trying to implement a new healthy habit. I have been working on taking my meditation practice to a new level, making it a daily practice. I have made some gains, having meditated at least briefly every day. But there is still room for improvement. I have been meditating every morning. It has made every day go a little better. I mentioned in an earlier blog that I keep thinking about sneaking in a few minutes of mindfulness in the middle of every day. Today I attended an hour long mindfulness class, and it was great. There is something about meditating in a group that is very uplifting and supportive. Now the goal is to bring some mindfulness to the middle of my day, every day. I will start with every other day. I am looking forward to it.
