5) What can I improve upon?

There is so much that can always be improved! But keeping this blog specifically to establishing the habit of healthy snacks, I have to write that I need to make more os a schedule for buying and preparing veggies. Success depends on planning (and of course, adhering to that plan). If I prep ahead, the veggies will be there when I need them.

    Love those fruits! I have started throwing apples, oranges, and other fruit into my car, my desk at work and always having them here in the house. When I feel hungry, the fruit is just a way better option than candy, chips or high fat meal at McDonalds or Burger King or...

    I'm still working on my planning! Planning one group at a time (like snacks) is a good idea. I think I will try that. emoticon
