Husband well now. Yeah!!!!!
I slept later than normal this morning. Didn't wake up until 6:30am but sure did need that sleep. The bad part of sleeping in is pushing myself to exercise.... I did. Got in 45 min before waking my family up. Love yoga and strength training.
Did well with my measurements today. Still using the measuring cups and size rules.
So I'm feeling pretty good about that.
Didn't get in the walking today, but added more stretching and some chair cardio while at work. (it was slow at work today so I was able to get some in). Feeling very good about that.
Tonight I set my alarm, I don't like getting my time messed up.
