ran an errand after work. came home did a few small tasks and then did a 60 minute cardio kickboxing work out. my butt and thighs were burning but i loved it. i felt so accomplished when i finished. i like befit because i get 2 days off a week. but i look forward to doing a low impact workout 1 day and a higher impact the other day off.
