Feeling somewhat guilty for not blogging the last few days as I committed to but still coming to terms with the sudden loss (internal hemorrhage) of a lifelong friend's only child - a loving mom to 5 yr old twin boys who are miracles (twin to twin transfer syndrome requiring in utero surgery) and an 11 yr old son. My friend and her husband have been closer to us that siblings and I grieve with them. Their hope and faith will help carry them through. The next two days will be difficult with visitation and burial. . Thank-you to my SparkFriends who have expressed sympathy and understanding.

What can I improve on? Appreciating each day I'm alive, healthy and able to have and enjoy my treasured family around me.
