Week 2 of The Shred Diet

Okay, so today was the second weigh-in on The Shred Diet by Dr. Ian Smith. I lost 2 ounces. That is all. Oh well. I followed the diet as closely as I was able, and did exercise and weight training. I went to bed sort of hungry a couple of nights too. Well, I am not giving up. I am going into the third week (which is supposed to be the hardest). I will let you know how it goes.

    Hi, I am just finishing week 2 of Shred. I too have had some problems. Do you know if this is "normal" in week 2? How is week 3 going? Good luck--Donna

    Hang in there, I know what you mean about the weight loss it not coming so easy for me either. But we only have a few more weeks left so hang in there@ emoticon emoticon
