Week 2 of The Shred Diet

Okay, so today was the second weigh-in on The Shred Diet by Dr. Ian Smith. I lost 2 ounces. That is all. Oh well. I followed the diet as closely as I was able, and did exercise and weight training. I went to bed sort of hungry a couple of nights too. Well, I am not giving up. I am going into the third week (which is supposed to be the hardest). I will let you know how it goes.
