Doing well until....

So I had been doing really well with not eating my trigger foods ie gluten, dairy, shrimp and peanuts and mostly staying in my calorie range. Also started walking on Wednesdays for at least 30 minutes. Yesterday was my husband's bday so we went out. I had room for the steak, roasted veggies and French fries. But not for the glass of wine or sharing a dessert! Plus yesterday I fell in the bathroom at work. The floor was wet which I know it also is from the dryer condensation but didn't pay attention. I hit my head on the door, busted my knuckle. Upper half of my body landed on the carpet the lower half hit the tile floor. Boy was I sore today and I have had a headache all day as did last night. So all I did today was sleep and watch tv. My hubby said I needed it and not to be mad at myself. Wednesdays are my day off and I like to be productive but at least cleaning some part of the house : ) I didn't walk since it snowed like crazy and the roads weren't the best when I usually walk. Oh well tomorrow will be a better day! I will make it so!
