It's amazing what a little sleep will do for you. I worked until 2:15am and got home around 3. Asleep around 4. Thing 2 had a snow day, so I didn't have to take her to school and slept until 1pm. Didn't have enough time to get my act together and get to the gym, but I did have time to hop on the scale. For the second day in a row, I weighed less than Homer Simpson (WOO HOO!!) , so I played around on my balance board (that thingie is going to be wonderful) and headed into work. I almost feel like I can concentrate. Tomorrow, it will be back to the gym. Need to rearrange my workouts abit, but it will work.
