Yes, I'm going. First, I will let my stomach digest my awesome dinner: baby bella mushrooms, spinach, egg whites, and leftover turkey sauteed and sprinkled with paremsan cheese and tomato. Yumm.... Even the kids ASKED to try some. (Small miracles occur every day, right?)
Then I will go downstairs and gear up for my jog/run intervals. While I set my new habit of interval training on Saturday, this is the first day that I'll be doing it. (Last night was tae kwon do and Monday was a wash.) I'll do the intervals today and Friday. Tomorrow will just be pilates while winding down from the day. Kate starts gymnastics again so I'll be running her over to the YMCA. I am not a member though, so I won't be able to work out while she's training. Unless...unless I bring along my walking shoes. Hmmm...it will be dark out. I'll have to consider that. Pilates may win out this week.
Forgive my random dialogue -- just trying to clear my thoughts and focus solely on the fitness. On a side notes, my kids have been having a "Gangnam Style" dance party in the sunroom for the past 20 minutes. Looks like we're all getting our exercise tonight.
