I am looking for an Android app or other tool to use assist me in figuring out my emotional eating issues. I'm envisioning something in which I can record when I want to eat, what I am feeling, if I ate or did something else. Since I have my phone with me anyway, I was hoping there might be "an app for that".
I may just use a mini-memo book for a limited time - my engineer husband might even want do some analysis, 'cause he's a "math is fun" kind of guy. :)
I came across previously the idea of the "Apple Test" - asking myself if eating an apple would help what I am feeling.
And I adapted another idea to what I call the BLATH Test - asking myself if I am Bored, Lonely, Anxious/Angry, Tired or Hungry.
