just read this blog based on a Swedish study.

Another lifestyle area that effects our physical wellbeing.
I thought this was especially interesting because so many people are overweight and tend NOT to get enough sleep a night.

For me this is hard because I am naturally a night person but I am working the 1st shift right now. No wonder the weight is coming off slower than It should. I try to catch up on my sleep- and I thought I did a good job of that on my days off. Maybe that is what is meant when it is said you can't catch up on your sleep.
