Okay so the day's pretty much over as far as eating goes.
Note to self: JUICE:
I went over my calorie intake and realized the easiest way I could have remedied that is to have eliminated juice I had with two meals.
I also noticed that my day was very carb-heavy. I don't know that I want to restrict this area as I had quite normal portions but I think I need to shake it up with some fresh fruits and veggies.
I also realized that had I cut the juices out and had water instead I could have had a tasty baked thing and still been in calorie range. Hmm...important note to self!
In general, it was good to be able to see what I did and analyze it a bit because the frustration comes when I think, "But I had HEALTHY food and in proper portions!" (which I did) and at the end of the week have lost next to nothing.
The rest of the night I need to get my waters in and I have a tea with powdered vitamin to finish. I can finish up my existing chicken tomorrow and when I remake it, opt for water instead of oil when cooking.
Apart from food, I have homework to do which of course, I am putting off off off. I really want it out of the way and motivation for school is waning. I have to be really careful though as I have to do well this semester.
