Blog- Day - 5 What can you improve?

I can improve on being more consistent with how much I eat. I have a day or two a week when I go over my calorie limit. I need to cut out those days as they are hindering my weight loss.

    Me too!!t !! I can't believe how easy it is to slip over that calorie range! We just need to be more aware of what is going in! It's a hard job, isn't it? I wish you lots of wisdom, with a touch of humor thrown in! emoticon

    I agree. Lately I haven't had a streak of staying within my range. Good luck with that.

    I've been working on the same thing! Staying on the low side of my range really helps!

    I need the same thing. When I'm consistent about staying within my range, I always lose but even a couple of days over and I'll gain.

Good work on recognizing where you need to focus for success.
