I weighed myself this morning and have maintained the 139lbs from a little under two weeks ago. I am keeping up with my workouts but feel like the number on the scale seems to be stuck!
I have read differing opinions about how many calories I should eat to lose weight and try to stick pretty close to the range on my food tracker. I only have a month left and am getting a little nervous that what I have been doing, might not be enough to reach my goal (or get with in throwing distance) of it.
Any thoughts about what I might be able to do to boost my weight loss potential. I currently eat about 1350 calories average and workout 45mins-1hr -5x per week and then take a 45 minute walk with my puppy in the evenings. I am open to thoughts , suggestions, and recommendations.
