Not much going on here. Waiting on spring here getting tiring.

Not much to share just have not had much going on.

Still here just need motivation to get back on track which I am not yet. Hope spring will do it

    Go to the videos and you can find motivation, exercises, nutrition tips. Make Spring happen in your mind and you'll be ready when the weather gets warm and exercising out of doors is back on the calendar. emoticon

    emoticon I say you can start right this minute. If you need some water get a drink. If you can take a walk. Even if it inside or up your stairs a few times do it for 5 minutes! emoticon emoticon emoticon
