I have been decent with sticking to Paleo for my meals but I have had a few non-paleo snacks, a couple of sodas, and one non-paleo meal, and it is starting to sink in that I need to go 100% paleo because those little slip ups are making me feel bad. I finally put myself to a challenge.
The challenge for the rest of March I will:
-eat 100% Paleo meals
-spend 60-90 minutes 5 days a week doing any activity that gets me moving
-have no soda
-check in every few days to note my progress
...and lose 5% of my body weight which is roughly 9.5 pounds. Since I am already down 1.2 pounds I only have 8.3 pounds left to lose.
I CAN DO THIS.
