Well we finally moved to our new apartment. We have things mostly unpacked but there are a few boxes left. Yesterday was my last day at my old job
I realized I will miss my old friends there more than I thought. Friday I start my new job though and I am super excited for that! I'm really loving my new apartment. It's nice and quiet and our neighbors seem nice. My hubby and I are still trying to get a plan together for working out with our new work scedules but things are really coming together.
My plan for the rest of the week:
Tonight- planet fitness late night after my hubby gets home, 30 minutes legs and at least 30 of cardio
Thursday- abs/ back 30 minutes, 45 mins cardio before my hubby goes to work
Friday- arms 30 mins, 45 minutes cardio
Saturday- legs 30 minutes, cardio 60
I'm very excited to get back on track and develope a new routine here.
In other news, my Bob Harper book isn't here yet. I can't wait to read it. I've been following a few of the rules that I've found online and it seems like it will be challenging but doable. I think this is just what I need.
