No excuses! today's motto

Woke up and the shins were screamin - in the past that would have been excuse enough to skip the gym. BUT TODAY - i went anyway. I did not aggravate the problem by getting on the track - i rode the stationary bike instead.

    Have you tried the elliptical? It may be easier on your shins until the pain lets up a bit.
