Back to the drawing board

Ok hear I am back to the beginning. Weigh more then I ever have. But it's ok I am back on Spark to gain back control. I started today with making smart food choices. Counting my calories, Already went for my first 30 min walk of the day. and on my 3rd bottle of water. I joined the Biggest Loser that started at my job today. I am competitive and this is the jump start I need to get my head back in the game. The plan is for use to all weigh in after 3 weeks and the one with the biggest percentage lost wins $60.00. Money would be nice but my goal is to see that scale under 200.

    emoticon emoticon Great goal and the challenge at work is definitely something to help you stay on track and stay focused. Be gentle with your body though as you get moving and working out. And good luck on your journey below 200!
