Each morning I find it difficult to eat soon after I get up. Lately I have read information that it is good to eat within 20 minutes of waking. I think this makes sense because it gets you organs going.
So now I will try to get my breakfast prepared at night, then when I wake I can cook it and eat it soon after I wake up. I also will start drinking water with this morning routine, it is also good to get those organs up and going right along with me!
Heres to starting the day off rite.
