This is the 5th question for our WiS5% Challenge Blog Saga.
Just trying to develop the Strength Training habit is one thing...
Then after it's been developed, I still have to work on increasing weight and repetitions.
Right now I'm doing little circuits to keep in interesting.
Yesterday while watching BL online, I did 3 sets of 4 exercises (Upright rows, forward lunges, hammer curls, & single leg squats) I did a lot of other things while watching just to keep moving during the program.
3 days in a row! Woohoo! Just have 3 days to go.
I can do it!!!
