Did Rides South California tonight. I do like the Rides series - nice scenery, some interesting facts and quotes flashed up and some great technical advice. This one focuses on climbing intervals. It is a good 51 minute workout, but I ran out of gears at the top end - I may need to increase the turbo resistance. I could still up the cadence at the high end though so there is scope to ramp it up and those standing sections really penalize my weight so there is lots of room for improvement there. My Garmin wouldn't work though so my stats are trashed - apparently I did about 239 ft in 1 hr 10.
